Sponsor Information:
Do you need a general sponsor form:  Sponsor Form? Sponsors can help defray some of the costs involved such as uniforms, camp wear, cheerleading and dance camps and competition fees.  Any sponsorship money donated goes directly to the cheerleader's or dancer's account and the donations are tax deductible.

This is another option for you to raise funds, if you do not wish to be a Booster Club member. Be aware that your sponsors will not benefit if you choose to use this form, as they would if you use the form available on the Booster Club page.  However, you must follow the rules set forth by the Extreme Spirit Booster Club. You are still required to send all of your sponsors a formal thank You letter, no matter which form you choose to use.

We do however encourage everyone to take advantage of the opportunity of being part of the Booster Club, as it is an exciting new part of the Extreme All-Stars Organization.
