Meet The Extreme Cheer Teams
Minis:
Level 2
Open to students
8-years of age and younger. This team
is geared toward the younger athlete with limited cheerleading
experience, or those athletes in a young elementary grade. The Minis
generally compete in 5 competitions and do not travel outside of
Florida. This is a low pressure / developmental team and the
athletes progress tremendously during the season. This team is
sometimes referred to as "Youth" at some competitions. (Learn

Pee Wee Orange:
Level 2
Open to students
11-years of age and younger. This team is
geared toward the younger athlete with limited cheerleading
experience, or those athletes in a young elementary grade. The
generally compete in fewer competitions and do not travel outside of
Florida. This is a low pressure / developmental team and the

level 4
Open to students
11-years of age and younger. This
team is geared toward athletes who are still developing strong
tumbling skills or those who prefer to travel to a fewer number of
competitions.
The demands are less rigorous for this team
than for the Junior, yet strong skills are built and a strong
foundation is laid.

situations arise where cheerleaders on this team may be asked to
move to one of the Co-Ed teams at the end of the summer.

cheerleaders with a strong desire to compete. This team travels
outside of the State of Florida and performs at numerous events.
